A Puzzle

​Something you may or may not be aware of is the substantial financial cost of adoption from start to finish. There are application fees, marketing and advertising fees (the adoption program or agency’s way of getting birth parents and adoptive parents connected), pre-placement home study fees, post-placement home visit fees, legal fees, travel fees…It adds up quickly. And we are SO overwhelmingly excited to pay this cost to bring home the sweet babe that God chose before the foundation of this world to be part of our family.

That being said, we humbly acknowledge and confess that we could never do this alone. That is why we would love to ask if you would consider being part of our adoption journey by “adopting” a piece of our adoption puzzle! Each piece can be “adopted” for $20, and you can “adopt” 1, 2, 5, or 10+ pieces (as many as you’d like)! When you “adopt” a piece of our puzzle, we will write your name on the back of your piece(s). Then, when our precious little one is finally home, we will be able to show him or her ALL of our people who made it possible for our family be together at last.

I have to admit, just dreaming about that day swells my heart and brings tears to my eyes…what love our child will know to see that so many people wanted, loved, prayed for, and sacrificed in order for him or her to be home and in our arms. Is that not one of the most beautiful things you could hope for a child? I think it’s so pretty.
